No-Gi

No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on grappling without the traditional gi, emphasising movement, body control, and adaptability. Training develops speed, strong positional awareness, and techniques that translate effectively to both sport grappling and real-world self-defence.

Gi

Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu uses the traditional kimono to create a technical, methodical style of grappling that emphasises control, leverage, and precision. Training in the gi develops strong fundamentals, grip fighting, and strategic thinking, helping students build a deeper understanding of timing and technique that carries across all areas of Jiu Jitsu.

Open Mat

Open Mat is a self-directed training session where students can drill techniques, spar freely, and work on specific areas of their game at their own pace. It’s an opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in class, ask questions, and gain extra mat time in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Classes teach age-appropriate grappling techniques, basic self-defence concepts, and teamwork, while emphasising respect, safety, and positive behaviour both on and off the mats.
